Service Description

Package Includes 2 hours of live piano music, enhanced by the addition of a musician or vocalist to suit your preferred style and create a beautiful atmosphere for your event. Minimum booking: 2 hours. Pricing Live Pianist — $250 Professional Audio Equipment Hire — $100 Piano Shell Hire — $200 **Optional Additional musician/singer — $150-200 each** Total Package: $550* To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Please contact us to confirm availability before making any payments. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event. See our booking policy for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable. Event Changes Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Approval of changes is subject to availability. Performance & Equipment The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup. Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked. Liability Public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million is available upon request.
