Service Description

Professional Audio Setup Perfect for weddings, ceremonies, private functions, and corporate events. Designed to be simple, elegant, and easy to set up and use. Price includes setup and basic operational guidance included upon delivery. Includes: • 2 × Bose S1 Pro+ Bluetooth-capable speakers on stands • 1 × wired Senheiser dynamic microphone The Bose S1 Pro system delivers clear, high-quality sound with a compact footprint, ideal for intimate venues and events where a clean, professional setup is desired. Easily connect your Bluetooth device to play music or Spotify while simultaneously using the microphone for speeches, ceremonies, or announcements. Optional Add-Ons: • Allen & Heath professional 10-channel mixer (+$50) Recommended for larger setups requiring multiple microphones or additional sound control and fine-tuning. • AV technician support (+$100/hour) Recommended for events with live musicians, multiple audio sources, or clients wanting live audio management throughout the event. Simple, user-friendly setup with basic guidance provided upon delivery. Pricing: $300 — Up to 4 Hours Hire *Minimum booking period of 2 hours*

Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable. Event Changes Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Approval of changes is subject to availability. Performance & Equipment The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup. Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked. Liability Public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million is available upon request.
