Looking for professional piano hire in Brisbane or the Gold Coast? Our Yamaha P-125 88-key digital stage piano is perfect for weddings, events, performances, and home practice. Each hire includes a stand and sustain pedal, along with delivery, set-up, and pack-down for a seamless experience. Ideal for: • Wedding ceremonies and receptions • Corporate and private events • Live performances • Short-term home practice Please note: PA/sound system hire is not included and can be added at an additional cost. Pricing Practice Hire (Home Use) • $150 per day (minimum 2-day hire) • $250 per week (minimum 1-week hire) Event Hire (Weddings & Functions) • $200 per day (minimum 1-day hire)

Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable. Event Changes Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Approval of changes is subject to availability. Performance & Equipment The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup. Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked. Liability Public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million is available upon request.
