Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking to secure booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date.

• All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer (details provided at the time of booking).

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable.

Event Changes

• Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.

• Approval of changes is subject to availability.

Performance & Equipment

• The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup.

• Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked.

• The client must ensure:

  • Adequate space and safe access for equipment setup.

  • A reliable power supply for the keyboard and professional audio equipment

  • Suitable cover or protection for outdoor events.

Overtime

• Performances that extend beyond the booked time may incur an additional hourly fee, subject to the pianist’s availability.

Liability

• Katherine Ganzon maintains public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million, available upon request.

• Katherine Ganzon is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, extreme weather, or venue restrictions).
