Classic Package: For couples who want the simple beauty of live piano on their special day. Package Includes: - 30 minutes for set-up and pack-up - 1 hour and 30 minutes of live piano music of your choice during the bridal party procession (see repertoire list) - One personalised song request for the bride’s entrance Pricing: Live Wedding Pianist — $550 Professional Audio Equipment Hire — $100 Total Package: $650 Please note, to secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Before you make any payments, please contact us to confirm availability. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event. See booking policy for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable. Event Changes Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Approval of changes is subject to availability. Performance & Equipment The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup. Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked. Liability Public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million is available upon request.
