Package Includes: - Up to 2 hours of elegant live piano music of your choice, setting the mood while guests arrival through to the ceremony (customised from my repertoire to suit your wedding style) - One personalised song request for the bride’s entrance, ensuring your walk down the aisle is unforgettable Pricing: Live Wedding Pianist — $550 Baby Grand Piano Shell Hire — $200 Professional Audio Equipment Hire and set-up — $100 **Optional Extra: Sound Engineer — for only an additional $150** Total Package: $850 Total Package with Sound Engineer: $1000 Please note, to secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the event date. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable. Event Changes Requests for changes to the date, time, or venue must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Approval of changes is subject to availability. Performance & Equipment The pianist will arrive 30–45 minutes prior to the performance for setup. Piano shell and/or keyboard hire will be supplied in accordance with the package booked. Liability Public liability insurance coverage up to $20 million is available upon request.
